STATEMENT OF PRIVACY USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 
(section 13 Legislative Decree n. 16/2003-Italian Law)
In compliance with the art. 13 L.D. n. 196/2003 - Italian Law, UTENSILERIE ASSOCIATE SPA (the "Company") informs you that your personal information will be used as follows:

1. PURPOSE OF MANAGING PERSONAL INFORMATION 
We collect and process personal information for these reasons:

- to improve security and provide customer support pre- and after-sale.
- For marketing and advertising
- To send you advertising and information
- To perform statistical marketing oriented analysis
- To assist us in evaluating customer satisfaction
- to inform you about promotional or training events

2. MODALITIES OF PROCESSING - PERSONAL DATA
Personal information data of all users is collected, used and disclosed, for the above mentioned aims, in automated or non-automated ways, in compliance with security and privacy rules stated by the law. Personal information collected by U.A. may be occasionally accessed and used by other employers, professionals or companies, hired to provide limited services on our behalf, such as specific elaborating services or activities complementary to those of the company.

3. COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION 
The personal informationdata is provided on a voluntary basis; the refusal to provide personal information or to answer to telephonic interviews does not imply any consequences, except for the impossibility to have access to services offered by the company.

4. PERSONAL INFORMATION DISCLOSURE 
Considering the existence of telematic and correspondence links, personal information may be available abroad,  even outside the E.U. and can be transferred to:

- employers of the company who are not directly in charge of the personal data<br>
- other companies or subjects that are carrying on outsourcing activities on behalf of U.A.
- other affiliates, even in foreign countries, provided that they are members of the group.

5. CUSTOMER RIGHTS 
According to section 7 of the L.D. 96/2003 - Italian law, you are entitled of the following rights:

- to get information about your personal data.
- to get your personal information cancellederased, anonymised, blocked, updated, corrected or completed, as well as the right of being assured that these changes have been communicated to the people who had previously received the personal data.<br>
- to refuseobject, due to legitimated reasons, to the handling processing of your personal information;
- to refuse object to the processing ofprovide your personal information data if it isthey are destined carried out with the purpose of sending to commercial, advertising material, direc sales or market research surveys activities.

6. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF MANAGING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Utensilerie Associate S.p.A, located in Monvalle (VA), Via Volta, 3, is the data controller in charge of storing and processing your personal information.Particularly the data processor responsible for this is the Office for users' registration, located at Utensilerie Associate S.p.A.
