Training

USAG has always been strongly aware of the need of providing information and training for its sales force and for operators in the distribution channel.

The creation of the Monvalle Training Centre reflects the company's permanent commitment in this regard. This well-equipped and specialized structure at the company's main premises is the venue for courses offered free of charge to the distribution network, even if there is still the possibility to organize courses directly at clients’ premises or in other places.

There are two different types of courses, at the end of which the participants receive a diploma certifying their attendance:

  • Training courses for the marketing/commercial sectors which provide a support to verify and improve management systems as well as marketing and commercial activities.
  • Technical training courses about the products that provide the necessary technical knowledge, essential for the distributors of the sales force in order to grant the best promotion of USAG products.

The marketing/commercial training program is the following:

  1. essential concepts about marketing and sales
  2. the hand tools national market
  3. the rules for an efficient sale communication
  4. the rules for an efficient sale communication
  5. the persuasive sale
  6. how to handle with the objections
  7. the sale path
  8. practical exercises

The technical training courses are generally organized according to the proceeding of the chapters in USAG catalogue but can be personalized with reference to the specific needs of each client.
