The PROMOTERS service plays an important role on the national ground since it represents a great support both for retailers and final users.

The PROMOTERS service is made up of USAG technicians who acquire a professional specialisation thanks to specific training courses. This team of young technicians, collaborating with the distributors, pays periodical visits to the users on their workplace and by interpreting their needs, manages to give suitable information about the selection of the tools and their features, explaining how to use them correctly.

The service is organized as a fleet of 15 mobile units equipped with ranges of products selected according to the sector of professional specialization. It offers a great advantage: the possibility to find out the requirements of the market and to satisfy them in the most quick and correct way.
